We currently produce check-in and check-out reports for landlords, big and small, who may not need a full management service.
A good, independent inventory is essential for both tenants and landlords. It helps to avoid any dispute at the end of a tenancy. It can also be a time consuming task to compile if you are not used to doing this on a daily basis!
We have years of experience in this field and use the latest software. Our reports are around 40 pages long as a minimum and feature supporting photographs. They include key information about your property inside and out.
